Project Topic Explore Day! You have a big agenda, so make sure you and your group members are working hard to get everything done.
Thesis: The claim about your marginalized group in the American Revolution, responding to the statement below: The American Revolution was fought by white men against the oppressive King of England. The result of the war was positive for all people who lived in the colonies. Source Analysis First Independent Practice CFA Individually answer these questions on a piece of notebook paper to turn in. These should be answered in complete sentences in paragraph form!
Remember: Do NOT just answer the guiding questions from the key and turn it in.

You can work together with one person, but each person is answering the questions.
Identify circumstances that led to the Revolutionary War Daily: Investigate how the events that led to the Revolutionary War are similar or different to more modern events. Success Criteria:
Analyze the similarities between the event you researched for your poster and the new connecting current event. Do you think the current event could have been prevented if history had been more studied in school? Explain your answer, as well as including a response that covers the similarities between the two events. Write your response on notebook paper and staple the CFA slip to turn it in! Articles are printed out, but you can add to the research later on. What to look for in your article:
Assign one person to be the "wordsmith" in your group, who will keep track of unknown words in the article, and will define them.
